"ven, can i ask a favor from you?", she said. "what is it, ma'am? sure!", i replied. "can you be the coach of the lawn tennis this coming Division Meet on November 25, 26 and 27?" (that's tomorrow but this conversation was done weeks before).
"nge! why me ma'am? i dunno how to play it. i do not even know the rules and history of lawn tennis.
she persuaded me. to cut it short, i accepted it.
i was searching on google and youtube about lawn tennis but i don't have any interest about this sports. i like and appreciated anna and venus but lawn tennis is not my game:-)
the only game i knew from its history and rules are only basketball and volleyball. i was once a Chicago Bulls fan- as in super dooper fan!
who couldn't forget Jordan, Pippen, Rodman and others? chicago bulls was my team...:-)
i was their coach..really, i was. why? bec everytime i watch them playing esp. during the Playoffs, i shouted and said, pass the ball to Jordan...shoot the ball Jordan...dunk it Pippen and other craziness statements i said on TV...:-)
can i be a good and effective coach? i doubted it!
goodluck to my four girls (players)...tomorrow is their first game:-)
