here in surigao city, it is a rainy day and at this moment, the flood is keep on coming in.
flood flood go away! we still have an activity to do today. sigh! how could we implement our feeding program today if the rain won't stop pouring? and the flood is getting higher..triple sigh for this year of the metal rabbit.
