5-Day Tentative Bacolod Itinerary Tour

 I am planning to visit Bacolod on July 2024. Below is a tentative itinerary 5-Day tour. I hope it will suffice my time and effort staying in Bacolod.

Day 1: Arrival in Bacolod

  • Accommodation: Check into a hotel in Bacolod City.
  • Activities:
    • Explore the Capitol Park and Lagoon, a picturesque area perfect for leisurely walks.
    • Visit The Ruins, a famous historical landmark with beautiful architecture and gardens.
    • Enjoy a relaxing evening at Lacson Street, known for its vibrant nightlife and delicious street food.
  • Food: Try Bacolod's famous chicken inasal for dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 2: City Tour and Cultural Exploration

  • Activities:
    • Visit the Negros Museum to learn about the history and culture of Negros Occidental.
    • Explore San Sebastian Cathedral, a stunning Gothic-style church in the heart of Bacolod.
    • Take a stroll through the Capitol Shopping Center and Pasalubong Center for souvenirs and local delicacies.
    • Attend a MassKara Festival dance workshop to learn some traditional Filipino dances.
