hazel ann, my friend, went to Baguio City last December 2009. when we met, she gave me something. she said a souvenir from the city of baguio- a key chain.
a key chain from hazel.
i was touched. i really aprreciated the effort she exerted just to buy a key chain though it is a small and not so expensive thing but she bought it based to the way how she remembered me as a person, as a friend. i really appreciated the thought and effort she exerted.
from that time, a realization from me blurted out- i want to collect key chains especially from other places. i have one key chain now from hazel. i hope it will grow in number someday in God's will.
I've been blogging here for almost one year and four months now. My blog is still a baby. even though it is still a baby and unpopular blog, who cares! even though i have only one follower (thanks Saulof Why Me? for signing in), who cares! as long as i enjoy what I'm doing, blogging must go on.
registering paidpost sites considerably a bonus for me esp if an advertiser accepts my bidding. as of now, only one advertiser accepts my bid. unfortunately, my previous earning never reached my paypal account. so sad:-(
i've been visiting, signing, reading and adding blogsites here though they never forced me to do it, i never regretted saving them under my Blogsites.
why do i created a blog?
i used to be her fan. an avid reader. i've been reading her blog before i created mine. she is my inspiration. my college teacher. she is now living happily with her family in England. she is Ma'am Soy. if you wanna know her more, visit her blog now.
by and by, my friends in this blogworld grow. i met new faces, new people from different places. how happy i am earning numerous friends and probably keeping them for life.
my journey as a blogger would not stop here for sure. sometimes, i can't post daily due to time constraints bec of my everyday school paper work. but, i wanna make sure that i can patch up the next days.
I love watching games or any sports. In fact, everytime Regional Meet or National Meet is being held in the city, I see to it that I can watch any games inspite of the thick people falling in line to watch the different games. Two of my favorite sports to watch were basketball and soccer.
I could still remember when I was in college, I went home early right after my class just to watch the NBA Playoffs. I couldn't afford to absent watching one game of NBA.
Golf is one of the expensive sport for me. Not all ordinary people can play golf. I wanted to play golf someday. And of course, if that gonna happen, i will make sure I will play golf abroad. Maybe Triger Woods can teach me :-) (in my dreams:-))
today, before you think of saying any unkind words, think of someone who can't speak. before you complain about the food you eat, think of someone has nothing to. before, you complain about life, think of someone who went too early into heaven. and when you are tired and complaining about job, think of the unemployed, the disabled and those who wished they had your job. and when depressing thoughts seen to get you down, put a smile on your face and thank God your alive and still around. life is a gift. live it. and enjoy it.
hope it touches your kind heart:-)
(another inspiring speeches not originally wriiten by me)
one day, a blind boy was sitting and waiting for someone to drop a coin so he can buy food. he had a blackboard beside him written "I'M BLIND, PLEASE FEEL PITY". suddenly, a man approached him and dropped a coin and erased what was written on the board. the boy realized it but ignored it. later, he heard a lot of coins were being dropped in his can. after an hour the man came back and ask how he was doing. the boy replied, "my can is full of coins, what did u write on my board?" the man said, "today is a beautiful day...too bad i can't see it".
be a blessing to others:-) have a nice day!
the story above is not originally written by me. someone sent it to me through mms.
