Day One- we arrived at 8:30 AM in Del Carmen pier. My friend MJ picked us. we ate breakfast in his house. They prepared fried egg, fried fish and ginisa meat of saang. I love eating meat of saang! do you eat meat of saang?
At 11:00AM, we went to Del Pilar by motorbike. Some part of the road going to Del Pilar are rough and dusty. Good thing was, it was slightly rained. I am not sure how many mintues we drove going to Del Pilar. Funny thing was, we lost. MJ didn't know the way going to Magpupongko. Thanks to Manong, he directed us the right way. Our companions surprised because we arrived late. they laughed when I said, we lost.
Unfortunately, the tide was high. it is good to be in Magpupongko if it is low tide.if it is low tide, you will realize why the place named Magpupongko.
The place is not yet well-developed. i noticed workers/laborers on the area. they are on the process of improving the place. i heard from the caretaker that they started developing the place last year after the visit of Madam President Gloria Arroyo. (they waited for the good budget:-))
well well well...goodluck to magpupongko. hope it will be one of the tourist destination places (as in million million of tourists local and foreign will visit in this place a day :-).
