absent minded

i buy an ointment for my mother at the pharmacy. the pharmacist asks me what i want. i tell her that i want to buy an oitment for my mother. so, she prepares the ointment and i pay for it. i count the change she gave and put it in my purse and go. unfortunately, the ointment left in the counter. when my mother approaches me, i search it in my bag. i tell my mother i never bring the ointment and i left it in the pharmacy...
