Scarlet #Sage

The flowers of Salvias are fascinating up close. They are "bilabiate" which means "having two lips." There are often glandular hairs on the flowers and leaves. The stamens are fused into a lever, which bends down and deposits the pollen on the back of the visiting bee or bird as it probes the long flower tube. The female flower stigma develops next and is bent down to receive the pollen. The flower is adapted to many pollinators, rather than any specialized one. Salvias are always active with wildlife. Hummingbirds, butterflies, carpenter bees, and bumblebees are attracted to the flowers. Beneficial insects harbor on the foliage. Songbirds like the small seeds. A mixed planting of salvias, lavenders, rosemary, and daisies will give year-around color, help prevent garden pests, enhance pollination, and require very little water once established. The #Lanes

Whether you live in a city or a small town, and whether you drive a car, take the bus or ride a train, at some point in the day, everyone is a pedestrian.

Visiting Baguio City

This is Baguio City!

Last April, I was given a chance to visit Baguio. First time to be in Baguio kaya super excited.  We chose to visit Baguio City on Holy Week kaya super daming tao at that time sa terminal ng Victory Liner.
The bus departed at 3:00 P.M.
We arrived in Baguio City at 9:00 in the evening. They helped us makahanap ng transient house eventhough busy sila sa kanilang gawain.

Kinabukasan, we woke up nanginginig sa ginaw. Super lamig talaga. We were so happy na malapit lang pala kami sa Mines View Park.

I won't let this trip end not tasting the starwberry taho.

the famous The Mansion

Ann tried to pose with the horse. Mabait naman ang kabayo hehehe

We needed to visit the strawberry farm. Kumain talaga ako ng strawberry ng vonggang-vongga!

boating boating din pag may time

Kahit saan mapadpad, we have to visit and pray.

Kaya nakaw-photo shot lang to. :-)
catching up the military cadets.

I enjoyed so much my visit in Baguio City. I hope I can re-visit this place oneday.
