I am into Fibre

Irish, my friend, introduced to me yesterday this fiber thing that helps to make my stomach healthier. It is C-Lium. Based on her testimony that she eliminated regularly after taking in C-Lium, Irish and I have the same problem- slow metabolism. Thus, our bowel movement is irregular. I was convinced to try it out. I immediately went to Mercury Drugstore to buy some C-Lium capsule.

Today is my first day to take L-Cium capsule. Yay, I hope it will work on me.

Here's a little info about L-Cium. Cited from their official websiite:  C-lium promotes a healthy digestive system by eliminating constipation, promoting regular bowel movement, and assisting in waste and toxin removal. C-lium acts as a sponge in the intestinal tract, swelling as it absorbs water, fats, and waste material in bowels. This forms a soft, bulky mass that passes through the colon more quickly (keeping potentialy toxic waste from staying in the colon, as well as evacuating these more smoothly and easily).
